JAN 2025Verified BuyerGAME CHANGERThis is definitely easier to use than the conventional upper arm strap, but you need to position it correctly on the wrist which takes a bit of getting used to. They recommend a 5-10mm gap between the monitor and the left wrist joint, however my wrist joint itself is an area that's around 15mm wide so which part of the joint exactly do I place the monitor on? The closer I strap the monitor to the base of my hand, the higher my blood pressure reading and it can vary by about 15 points depending on whether I place it 5mm higher or lower. So I often take 3 readings each time and I'll just work with the median value. All up though, it's a great compact unit that's easy to carry around with you and the rechargeable battery lasts a long time.

Once it's on your wrist, hit the start button and a robotic female voice will guide you through the rest of the steps, reading you a summary of the results once done. Hard to imagine it getting any easier than that.I can't comment on it's accuracy, but it did warn me that my blood pressure was abnormal, so I've made a doctor's appointment. If it's wildly wrong, I'll update this review. If it's right, it may well have saved my life.The only thing about this monitor that could be improved is the memory. It holds statistics for two different users, but you can only access an average of all the tests saved rather than individual results.

JAN 2025Verified BuyerBrilliant blood pressure monitorI’m impressed by how compact this machine is.It really is very small and relatively lightweight.It also comes with a nice little protective case in case you want to take it with you traveling etc.It gives results that are the same as the upper arm machine that I use, but a lot smaller - just make sure you follow the instructions for maximum accuracy.Placing it on your wrist is easy to do with one hand because one of the Velcro sides is curved.It also has USB-C charging which is much more convenient that having to find x4 AA batteries like my upper arm machine.Very impressed overall.
