During periods of high demand, processing times may extend by an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. The estimated delivery windows are:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details. We are not able to guarantee order changes once an order has been placed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. In these situations, we recommend checking with neighbours or contacting the delivery carrier directly.

If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan), please contact us so we can investigate and assist you with next steps.


Pre-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order may ship together once the pre-order item becomes available. Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders will be displayed on the product page.
